Back from RE

So I am back from the RE. We have decided to start us on the path to injections. I took a progesterone test today, and should have the results Monday. If it shows + for ovulation then we will wait for my next period, and if it shows - forovulation then I will begin taking birth control pills(BCP) for 21 days and then begin Lupron. During the 21 days that I am on BCP, I will go for an HSG to make sure the tubes are clear.

Here are the directions from the RE
1. Start taking BCP.
2. Start Lupron the day after the 21st BCP
3. Call RE at start of period to schedule base u/s
4. At base u/s you will be told when to start Bravelle, how many ampules to inject each day, and when to return for for next u/s
5. Generally you will have your 2nd u/s 5 days after your baseline and then every 2-5 days until the eggs are fully grown. U/S appts are done between 10 and 12
6. When eggs are fully grown you will do HcG at 10pm,then have intercourse that night.
7. IUI is done approx 36 hours after HcG, and have intercourse again after IUI
8. Start progesterone suppositories the day after IUI. 1 every 12 hours for the 14 days.

So, that is where we are at. Hopefully all it takes is one cycle of this, because i am not sure we can come up with another 2k for another cycle, but I'm sure if needed we will come up with something.
