Talked to the BM

I talked to the BM for the 1st time today. She is actually 19, and not 17, so that's good. She is excited to meet us. Her doctor says that he is measuring about 6lbs and she is 36w3d today. They will be surprised if she doesn't deliver early. She has an appointment on Tuesday and another ultrasound on Thursday. She is going to talk to the doctor about possibly inducing her so that we can make sure to be there for the delivery. She is sad that the laws make her sign after she is discharged from the hospital. She would rather just sign the TPR while in the hospital so we can just go home and start our family. She is wanting pictures and letters after, but sent to her friend so she can see them when she is ready. She is mailing us an ultrasound picture tomorrow, so we should have it Monday!!

Well, to be fair, that law is there to protect BMs; it's the same in our state. It's not really a big deal if she's determined to do it.

Sounds like all is well... staying tuned! :)
