May Update

Hey all.

Sorry it has been awhile since we have updated, but not much has happened.
Our profile was sent to 1 Birthmom in April and ZERO in May. At least that
means we are being shown and we are getting “out there.”

May was a busy month for us as Nick’s sister graduated from Law School in
Chico (AND was valedictorian!!) on Mother’s Day weekend. It was also her
birthday and of course Mother’s Day. Hopefully next year we will be
celebrating me as a mother too!!

The following weekend we attended the memorial service of Nick’s maternal
Grandma who passed away in April. It was a great day (under the
circumstances) and she will be greatly missed by all.

Memorial Day weekend Jeny’s oldest cousin, Whit, got married in Tahoe. It
was an amazing weekend and we are so happy for them. Everything was
beautiful!!

On a personal note… we are moving!!! Our friends Scott and Kelley have
recently purchased a new house, and approached us about renting their
other house from them, and we jumped on the chance. It’s a beautiful 4
bedroom/2.5 bath 2 story house in Santa Rosa. We have many friends in the
neighbor hood just down the street, and even across the street! We are
blessed to have this opportunity to move out of our 2 bedroom apartment
and into a house. We can’t thank them enough and congratulate them on
their new purchase. We will be moving in towards the end of June. Once we
get settled we will be sure to have a little get together so everyone can
come see our new digs.
