2009 Ad Pool
Here is the email I got from our agency regarding the ad pool. Hopefully this bring us our baby. I'm so glad it's gonna have a 4 month run. If anyone gets or has access to any of these publications, please let me know. I'd love to have a copy for our baby book.
Dear Fall 2009 Advertising Pool Participant:
You are one of 12 families who are participating in the Fall Advertising Pool. This is a nice size and we will be able to have a long ad run. Advertisements will run throughout the country over a four-month period. Publications include: The Pennysaver, The Thrifty Nickel, Tidbits, and some local newspapers. Some publications are delivered directly into home mailboxes while others are picked up at stores and other places of business.
Like I mentioned in my initial invitation, AGENCY receives calls from inquiring birthmothers on our toll-free number and are screened on behalf of the 12 participating families. AGENCY will track all calls, what letters were presented, and at the end of the advertising run you will receive a letter letting you know how the advertisements fared along with updates on any pending matches or completed adoptions.
